Cancel or reschedule
Something came up? Up to 10 hours before the session, you can cancel or reschedule freely — your lesson is returned. Within 10 hours, the lesson is used.

How does payment work?
Payment is made online by card, securely. You receive a downloadable invoice for every purchase in your space.
I live outside France — does that change anything?
No, lessons are 100% online, wherever you are. Applicable VAT is calculated automatically based on your country (0% outside the European Union).
Can I choose 25-minute lessons?
Yes. A 25-minute lesson uses half a lesson — handy for a short, regular format, or for earlier levels.
What if I don't know which pack to choose?
Start with a single lesson. We'll take stock together of your level and goals, then you choose the pace that suits you.
Are the lessons one-to-one?
Yes, every lesson is one-to-one by video with Sara, your teacher. The content is tailored to your level, your goals and your pace.
Do you prepare for the DELF and DALF exams?
Yes. Lessons can focus on DELF or DALF preparation — comprehension, speaking, writing and exam method — at every level.
Do I need a minimum level to start?
No. Complete beginners (A0) are just as welcome as advanced learners (C1). The first lesson is there to gauge your level and set a direction.
How does an online lesson work?
You get a video link when you book. On the day, we meet online: conversation, corrections and exercises, with resources gathered in your space.
